slideshow bug with links in photos description

there is a bug in the slideshow:
when there are HTML links in the photo description, slideshow (i) displays the links completely wrong!
(i) is the information obtained by moving the pointer on the image and clicking on (i), in the slideshow view.
this bug can be reproduced by looking at (i) for this photo in the slideshow:

is this a known bug?

I'm using FF3 on Mac OSX 10.4.11. When I view that image in your slideshow, it looks like it is only recognizing the first link and making all text after that link hypertext.
So, yea, I see it, too.

Hmmm, it looks like that first link didnt close. Can you check the HTML on that description to see if there are any errors? Maybe the a tag is not closed? or that the tags are not nested properly?

If that were the case, Zack, then the html on the photo's page would be equally hosed, but it isn't.

I tried making a link where I just forget to put the / in the <a> and the description field automatically helps me by placing a </a> at the end of the text.
Example

Here is what the text shows as when editing:
When I used <a href="http://flickr.com">Auto Levels in Photoshop<a> on this infrared shot is how it turned out. A little odd but I like it.</a></a>
That replicated what loupiote (Old Skool) is seeing in the slideshow.
Also, it looks like not nesting a bold and link tag properly would cause the same problem. Ex:
<a href="http://flickr.com"><b>Auto Levels in Photoshop</a></b>

Zack, but when you hover over your photo description with the wonky 'a' tags, you see that the tags are wrong (because the text changes color into a hover text even without a link).
But on loupiote's photo, all the hovers work in the right place.
So perhaps it is that second case. But surely you can see the html that loupiote has on his page by viewing the source:

yup, there's a misplaced 'b' & 'a' tag in that first sentence. So html tolerates that, but flash doesn't.

oh, i see, i had an error in the <a> and <b> nesting. this was ignored in the photo page but caused havoc in the slideshow.
i think in that case the photo page should detect and not allow this incorrect tag nesting....

maybe, but when the description is entered in the photo page, there is some html checking going on. for example, if you forget a closing tag, the opening < of the tag does not appear as html, but rather as an escaped character.
maybe this checking should be improved to handle the case of bad nested tags.
